- TOA Grey Primer as anti-corrosive pigment and a special alkyd as vehicle agent. TOA Grey Primer is a general purpose primer for metal before topcoat with TOA Enamel Gloss. It is characterized with drying, good flow and good adhesion for metal substrate. It is primer for iron, steel of general construction, such as fabricated steel, machineries, iron rails, gates, grills for the windows, ect.

Recommendation
- The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 ํC and at least 3 ํC above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.
