Leowood product delivery terms
– Deliver products every working day. Cut off time 08:30 a.m. Delivery time 5-7 business days (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and depending on the delivery area)
– The shop delivers via Seller Own Fleet. Customers can check the status according to the shop’s tracking number in the chat box. The system will not update.
– After the shop has sent out, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse to receive the product, a 500.- handling fee will be charged .
– The shop will not be responsible in the event that the customer leaves the product with the juristic person and cannot find it or forgets to pick it up, causing damage to the product. Or another person receives it instead. It is recommended to receive it directly from the delivery person.
Additional service charges
– In the case of 3 southern border provinces/island areas, there will be an additional delivery charge
– Small items 50.-/order – In the city 300.-/order
– Outside the city and island areas 500.-/order
– For customers who order 10 or more items, the shop will deliver for free.
Product Inspection
– The shop asks permission not to exchange products in case of ordering the wrong color / wrong size / wrong address. Initially, it is recommended to chat to ask to see the actual product color before ordering.
– After receiving the product, take a video of unpacking the product. To reduce errors in case the product is damaged / has a problem caused by the shop or the transport. It will be evidence and please notify within 7 days only.
– The shop will send the tax invoice via email. It takes about 15 business days (after the customer has confirmed the receipt of the product)

1. In the case of customers who order wood with installation service before measuring the work site The shop reserves the right to return the remaining wood from the installation in all cases!!
2. Because the customer is the one who considers the customer’s area and decides to order in advance, there may be more discrepancies than the technician measuring the actual work site.
3. In accordance with the company’s measures, it is recommended that customers inquire via chat to measure the work site before ordering with installation service.
4. In the case of measuring the work site, there will be a measurement fee of 1,000 baht as a deposit, which can be deducted when installing. If the technician has measured the work site but the customer does not wish to continue the installation, the company reserves the right not to refund the deposit.
Installation area of 20 sq.m. or more
Please order a minimum of 8 boxes. If it does not meet the conditions, the shop will have to cancel the order.
Bangkok and its vicinity are free of charge. If it is a different province, there is an additional charge for travel. (Customers can see more in the attached picture)
