เงื่อนไขการจัดส่งสินค้า Leowood
- ส่งออกสินค้าทุกวันทำการ ตัดรอบ 08:30 น. ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง 5-7 วันทำการ (หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์, นักขัตฤกษ์ และขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่จัดส่ง)
- หากเป็นสินค้า Pre-Order ระยะจัดส่งเป็นตามที่กำหนด ไม่รวมระยะเวลาจัดส่งอีก 5-7 วันทำการ
- ร้านจัดส่งแบบ Seller Own Fleet ลูกค้าเช็คสถานะตามที่ร้านแจ้งเลขพัสดุในช่องเเชทนะคะในระบบจะไม่อัปเดต
- หลังจากที่ร้านส่งออกแล้วจะไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ หากปฏิเสธการรับสินค้าจะมีการคิดค่าดำเนินการ 500.-
- ร้านจะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่ลูกค้าฝากให้ขนส่งวางไว้ที่นิติ แล้วหาของไม่เจอหรือลืมลงไปรับสินค้าจนทำให้สินค้าเสียหายหรือบุคคลอื่นรับแทน แนะนำให้รับกับมือขนส่งโดยตรงจะดีที่สุด

- ในกรณีที่อยู่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้/พื้นที่เกาะ จะมีค่าส่งเพิ่มเติม
- สินค้าชิ้นเล็ก 50.-/ออเดอร์
- ในเมือง 300.-/ออเดอร์
- นอกเมืองและพื้นที่เกาะ 500.-/ออเดอร์
- สำหรับลูกค้าที่สั่งซื้อ 10 ชิ้นขึ้นไป ทางร้านจัดส่งให้ฟรี
การตรวจเช็คสินค้า
- ทางร้านขออนุญาติไม่รับเปลี่ยนสินค้าในกรณีที่สั่งซื้อผิดสี/ที่อยู่ผิด/ผิดขนาด เบื้องต้นแนะนำให้ทำการทักแชทเพื่อขอดูสีสินค้าจริงก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ
- หลังจากได้รับสินค้าให้ทำการถ่ายวิดีโอในการแกะสินค้า เพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาดในกรณีที่สินค้าชำรุด/มีปัญหาที่เกิดจากทางร้านหรือทางขนส่ง จะได้เป็นหลักฐานยืนยันและกรุณาแจ้งภายใน 7 วันเท่านั้น
- ใบกำกับภาษีทางร้านจะส่งผ่านอีเมล ใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 15 วันทำการ (หลังจากที่ลูกค้ายืนยันการรับสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว)

Product checking
