Product inspection
– The shop asks permission not to exchange products in case of ordering the wrong color / wrong address / wrong size. Initially, it is recommended to chat to ask to see the actual product color before ordering.
– After receiving the product, take a video of unpacking the product. To reduce errors in case the product is damaged / has a problem caused by the shop or the transport. It will be evidence and please notify within 7 days only.
– The shop will send the tax invoice via email. It takes about 15 business days (after the customer has confirmed the receipt of the product)
