เงื่อนไขการจัดส่งสินค้า Leowood :

• ร้านจัดส่งแบบ Seller Own Fleet ลูกค้าเช็คสถานะตามที่ร้านแจ้งเลขพัสดุในช่องเเชทนะคะในระบบจะไม่อัปเดต
• หลังจากที่ร้านส่งออกแล้วจะไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ หากปฏิเสธการรับสินค้าจะมีการคิดค่าดำเนินการ 500.-
• ร้านจะไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่ลูกค้าฝากให้ขนส่งวางไว้ที่นิติ แล้วหาของไม่เจอหรือลืมลงไปรับสินค้าจนทำให้สินค้าเสียหาย หรือบุคคลอื่นรับแทน แนะนำให้รับกับมือขนส่งโดยตรงจะดีที่สุด

ค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม :

• ในกรณีที่อยู่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้/พื้นที่เกาะ จะมีค่าส่งเพิ่มเติม
• สินค้าชิ้นเล็ก 50.-/ออเดอร์
•  ในเมือง 300.-/ออเดอร์
• นอกเมืองและพื้นที่เกาะ 500.-/ออเดอร์
• สำหรับลูกค้าที่สั่งซื้อ 10 ชิ้นขึ้นไป ทางร้านจัดส่งให้ฟรี

การตรวจเช็คสินค้า :

• ทางร้านขออนุญาติไม่รับเปลี่ยนสินค้าในกรณีที่สั่งซื้อผิดสี/ผิดขนาด/ที่อยู่ผิด เบื้องต้นแนะนำให้ทำการทักแชทเพื่อขอดูสีสินค้าจริงก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ
• หลังจากได้รับสินค้าให้ทำการถ่ายวิดีโอในการแกะสินค้า เพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาดในกรณีที่สินค้าชำรุด/มีปัญหาที่เกิดจากทางร้านหรือทางขนส่ง
• จะได้เป็นหลักฐานยืนยันและกรุณาแจ้งภายใน 7 วันเท่านั้น
• ใบกำกับภาษีทางร้านจะส่งผ่านอีเมล ใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 15 วันทำการ (หลังจากที่ลูกค้ายืนยันการรับสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว)

• Deliver products every working day. Cut-off time is 8:30 am. Delivery time is 5-7 business days (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, depending on the delivery area)
•  The shop delivers via Seller Own Fleet. Customers can check the status according to the shop’s tracking number in the chat box, the system will not update.
•  After the shop has sent the product, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse to receive the product, a 500.- fee will be charged .
•  The shop will not be responsible in the event that the customer leaves the product with the delivery manager and cannot find the item or forgets to pick it up, causing damage to the product. Or another person receives it on their behalf. It is recommended to receive it directly from the delivery person. Additional service fees
•  In the case of 3 southern border provinces/island areas, there will be an additional delivery fee .
•  Small items are 50.-/order.
•  In the city is 300.-/order.
•  Out of town and islands is 500.-/order.
•  For customers who order 10 or more items, the shop will deliver for free.

Product checking :

• The shop asks permission not to exchange products in cases of ordering the wrong color/wrong size/wrong address. Initially, it is recommended to chat to ask to see the actual product color before ordering.
• After receiving the product, take a video of unpacking the product to reduce errors in case the product is damaged / has a problem caused by the shop or shipping. It will be evidence and please notify within 7 days only.
• The shop will send the tax invoice via email. It takes about 15 business days (after the customer has confirmed the receipt of the product.)
